What people ask us before paying.
Why not grab a free template from the internet?
Because an empty template is just boxes. Here, the formulas are in place: amount due per seller, summary totals, duplicate alerts, understaffed-slot alerts. The 12 test cases were executed before the kit went on sale, and the results report is in the kit. Add the eight messages and the starter guide: all that’s left to do is enter your sellers.
Is there extra software or a subscription to pay?
No. The workbook opens in LibreOffice, Excel or Google Sheets, with no macro and nothing to install. Each kit is a one-time purchase at the price shown on its card, with no subscription or account to create. Used locally in Excel or LibreOffice, your data stays in your file. If you choose Google Sheets, Google hosts it.
How many sellers can the workbook track?
120 spaces are already pre-formatted, with the formulas dragged all the way down. Beyond that, the guide shows how to stretch the formulas in a few seconds. The Volunteers sheet follows the same principle: it expects dozens of volunteers and as many slots as your event needs.
I know nothing about spreadsheets — does that matter?
No. The sample data shows what a filled-in list should look like, the dropdown lists prevent typing mistakes, and the three-page starter guide covers setup, the everyday and the event week. If you can type a name into a cell, you can use it.
Are the raffle kit and the Christmas-market kit the same file?
No: they are two separate workbooks, built on the same tested mechanics — formulas in place, dropdown lists, automatic alerts. The Christmas-market kit adapts the flea-market structure to chalets and to the market weekend; the lighter raffle kit tracks ticket books and prizes. Each ships with its own messages and its own guide.
Our association runs all three events in a year: what should we pick?
The “association year” offer gathers the three kits — flea market, Christmas market, raffle — for €31 instead of €52 taken separately. You receive three zips, one per kit, each in five languages, and every workbook can be reused year after year.
